In the very olden days of yore, in Trevena, life is hard, and Jack and his mother have fallen behind with the rent. So Jack sets off to market to sell their beloved cow, Besie, but meets an old man on the way and swops her for some magic beens. So far so familiar, but now add the Three Musketeers, two unsavoury goblins, a Cardinal with a Cloning machine and a very mixed-up fairy...........................
Will they ever find their cow again and live happily ever after?
